Spirit Led Institute · Free Workplace Wellbeing

Workplace wellbeing, when people need a moment.

Free resources for the people experiencing difficult moments at work. Professional education for those responsible for shaping the workplace around them.

Four short, independent, self-paced reflective resources — around ten minutes each. Free to open on any phone or computer, with no sign-in, account or code. Read one in the break room, on the bus home, or once the day has gone quiet.

Welcome to share with your staff if you work in HR or People & Culture, manage a team, or look after an organisation.

What do I need right now?

Pick the one that sounds closest. Each gives you space to slow down, name what you are carrying and think about what care or support you need next. They are reflective education — they don’t change workplace systems or promise particular outcomes.

Voluntary, independent and private

  • Using these resources is always voluntary.
  • No employer sees names, reflections, answers or whether someone finishes. The reflection boxes are never saved or sent.
  • They are independent of any workplace and sit alongside — not instead of — existing support such as an EAP, managers, peer support and GPs.

Free Workplace Resource Pack

For HR, People & Culture and managers who want to let staff know these resources exist. Print the flyer for a noticeboard or break room, and copy the email and wording below.

Subject: Free, private wellbeing resources — available any time

Hi everyone,

We'd like to share four free reflective resources from Spirit Led Institute. Each takes about ten minutes and can be opened on your phone or computer, with no sign-in, account or code:

• A Moment to Debrief — after a difficult day
• Debriefing When Employment Ends — when a job has ended
• After a Workplace Hazard — after an unsafe event or near miss
• When Work Changes — when you remain through restructure, new duties or a new manager

https://spiritledinstitute.com/workplace-wellbeing

Using them is entirely voluntary. They are private: nothing you write is saved, and we can't see who opens them or what anyone writes. They sit alongside — not instead of — our existing support, such as our EAP, your manager and your GP.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000. For crisis support, Lifeline is available 24/7 on 13 11 14.

Suggested voluntary-participation wording

These resources are offered as an optional extra. Using them is completely voluntary, is not part of performance or attendance, and is private — the organisation cannot see who opens them, what is written or whether anyone finishes. They are independent educational resources, not counselling or crisis support, and they do not replace our existing support options.

Professional Development

Support your people. Strengthen your workplace.

The free Workplace Wellbeing resources above support people through difficult moments — they stay free, voluntary and private. When work has affected someone’s dignity, confidence, belonging, professional identity or trust in their own judgement, a deeper guided journey is available if they choose it.

Signature professional restoration course

After Difficult Work

Restoring Professional Dignity, Agency and Informed Choice

A self-paced guided journey — Recognise, Locate, Act, Reclaim, Restore, Release, Discern, Choose — that helps you place responsibility where it belongs and returns the next decision to you. Reflective professional development, not counselling or legal advice.

  • 1.5 hours
  • Free
  • No assessment
  • Institute reader ebooks
  • 12 months Arcanum access

This longer course uses a free student account and enrolment for saved progress and the included student benefits. There is no payment, assessment or certificate.

Individual resources don’t change how work is organised or how authority is used. For leaders, HR and teams responsible for workplace systems, these complementary courses are available:

Sharon Mackenzie SpiritRSPrac — Diploma of Counselling | Accredited Chaplain | Trauma-Informed Care

Sharon has served as Team Leader supporting and debriefing the call-team chaplains of Chaplaincy Australia’s 1800Chaplain service, and as a school chaplain, a NSW Ambulance chaplain and in other chaplaincy roles. These resources draw on that long experience of sitting with people after hard days — written fresh, in her own words.

Independent, non-accredited educational resources. Not counselling, emergency or crisis support, legal advice, a formal workplace risk assessment or a WHS compliance service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 000; for crisis support, Lifeline 13 11 14.
