Claiming CPD hours
1.5 hours · Self-directed, non-accredited professional learning
Your certificate records these hours with a unique number anyone can check on the verification page. For an audit, keep your certificate and a copy of this course outline. Many professional associations accept self-directed learning toward annual CPD. Whether these hours count, and in which category, is decided by your own association — please check its current CPD policy.
This self-paced professional development course helps leaders and professionals recognise and prevent non-physical forms of workplace sexual harassment — unwanted sexualised conversation, imagery, jokes, narratives and digital conduct — and respond through risk management rather than waiting for complaints.
Professional Development informed by NSW WHS legislation, SafeWork NSW guidance and Codes of Practice, NSW Respect at Work resources, and Australian Human Rights Commission positive-duty guidance. The Institute concept Sexual Imagery Without Consent™ is taught as a distinct educational lens alongside — and clearly separate from — the statutory and regulatory tests.
Thirteen short written lessons include fictional, non-graphic case studies, reflection prompts, contextual links to official sources, a downloadable Sexual Harassment Prevention Audit and six workplace scenarios. Estimated study time: 90 minutes.
Complete every lesson and pass the final fourteen-question knowledge check (80%, with retries) for a Spirit Led Institute Certificate of Completion. Educational information only: not legal advice, counselling, accreditation or a finding that any conduct is unlawful, and not endorsed by any regulator.
