24 modules · 24 lessonsCertificate of Completion

A substantial corrective leadership-development course for managers and authority-holders whose exercise of authority has raised concerns — and for any leader who wants to examine their practice honestly. It is designed so that HR, people-and-culture or governance functions can assign it as structured professional development.

The course repeatedly connects behaviour → worker impact → organisational impact → long-term consequence → corrective leadership behaviour. It covers support requests, dismissive communication, challenge and inclusion, accountability, conflict resolution, review resistance, human buffers, reporting dead ends, organisational accommodation, procedural justice and faith-based relational crossover, with a corrective behaviour plan, a 90-day authority reset, a Manager Workbook and an HR Observation Sheet.

Educational information aligned with the NSW WHS psychosocial risk framework and SafeWork NSW guidance; not legal advice and not endorsed by SafeWork NSW. Original Spirit Led Institute frameworks are clearly distinguished from statutory terms. The course does not diagnose personality, assume intent or make findings about any individual. All examples are fictional.

Complete all 24 lessons and pass the 18-question final assessment (80%, with retries) for a Spirit Led Institute Certificate of Completion recording approximately 2–2.5 hours of Professional Development. Not accreditation, a qualification or SafeWork NSW certification.

What our students learn

  • Explain how positional authority magnifies the impact of behaviour.
  • Distinguish the Subordination Lens from Contributor-Centred Authority.
  • Respond to support requests, challenge and accountability without diminishment or relational consequence.
  • Participate in timely, fair conflict resolution and review.
  • Recognise human buffers, reporting dead ends and organisational accommodation as risk information.
  • Apply the NSW WHS psychosocial framework and understand why training alone does not control risk.
  • Commit to an observable 90-day corrective behaviour plan.
