  2. Open The Arcanum from your student account; check your access dates on your membership page.
  3. Read the Institute reader editions in My Library.
Opening · Six movements · Optional Place to Rest

Understand → Locate → Discern → Release → Restore → Integrate. An Opening, six complete written movements and an optional Place to Rest, with gentle reflections and prayers you may leave aside.

There is no proving, performance or healing timetable here. Pause, skip and revisit freely. No quizzes, assignments, certificate, compulsory journaling or completion requirements. This is reflective education, not therapy or an individual counselling service.

This personal restoration journey is distinct from the Structural Analysis resource: that resource examines systems and structures; this course makes space for your own dignity, judgement and choices. Neither replaces the other.
