Arrive as you are. Remember. Release what is not yours to carry. Look honestly at what is true. Ask for light. Receive nourishment. Stop striving. Become still. Rediscover the sanctuary within. Return to ordinary life differently.
There is nothing to pass and nowhere to rush. This is not a test, formula, assignment or religious performance. Move at your own pace, revisit any station and let every reflection remain an invitation.
The journey is written by Sharon Mackenzie, Counsellor, Chaplain & Reflective Safeguarding Practitioner. Her counselling, chaplaincy and reflective safeguarding training and experience inform the healing and reflective approach.
Before We Begin
There is nothing to pass and nowhere to rush. This journey has no quiz, assessment, assignment, pass mark or certificate. Every reflection and creative practice is an invitation; you may pause, skip, return and move at your own pace.
