You do not have to distrust what you sense. You do not have to obey it either. You can bring it into discernment.
This substantial, self-paced healing journey is for people who describe themselves as intuitive, clairsentient, spiritually sensitive, deeply perceptive, embodied knowers, pattern-recognisers or simply sensitive. You do not have to adopt any one explanation for your experience.
Together we move through SENSE → HONOUR → EXPLORE → DISCERN → CHOOSE → TRUST. The purpose is not to prove metaphysical claims or make every first interpretation correct. It is to heal your relationship with your own perception, restore choice and practise meeting what you notice without abandoning yourself.
I can question my interpretation without questioning my right to perceive.
A gentle note before you begin
Clairsentience is one possible name for the experience explored here. You do not have to adopt a particular metaphysical explanation. This is reflective education and personal formation, not healthcare or mental-health treatment. It does not teach that every impression is objectively correct or that sensations reveal another person’s inner state, motive or future events.
“You do not have to distrust what you sense. You do not have to obey it either. You can bring it into discernment.”
I can question my interpretation without questioning my right to perceive.
